31st Teddy Bear [Backdated to Friday | Action/Video]

[Action]

[Life goes on.

And for Elicia, losing quite a few loved ones in such a short time-frame hasn't entirely exhausted her youthful determination. She has a super hero to look out for her papa. And she has Jack's special compass. The last few days she's been outside her school with said magical device, pacing back and forth, watching the small needle turn and turn with no set destination. It's what she's doing today, pacing and watching it never stop. They weren't here. The people see was waiting for, that is. It's what she wanted most, and 'cause they're not here the compass says no.

Well, she'd just try again tomorrow!]

[... it's been a long time since she really tried to talk to everyone. She smiles big for the camera.]

Hey! Today I read a really good book; it was called the Swan Princess! I didn't know some of the words, but I knew mooost of them... It must feel really funny to change into animals and stuff. But the worst is getting turned into a frog! 'Cause you'd be all slimy and green and tiny! And you'd have to get a kiss, even though you're a frog...

But I'd kiss a frog! I-if it meant helping someone change back, I'd do it! ... Maybe on the cheek!

Definitely on the cheek!

And if it was a prince maybe he'd give me a cool crown for helping him!

[Siiigh. That sounds so cool.]

I wouldn't kiss a big lion, though, because they like to scratch! Unless they say they're friendly. But I don't know anyone who knows a friendly lion...

I'm sure a child as sweet as you has no problems making friends. How old are you? Do you go to school?

[Voice]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-10-26 08:04 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh? I thought you were a little kid but it turns out you're a little lady already! So? Do you like the school here?

[Voice]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-10-28 11:29 pm (UTC)(link)
That's quite impressive! Up to which number do you know how to count?

[Voice]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-10-30 01:24 pm (UTC)(link)
Knowing that much is still amazing, sweetie. I'm sure you'll grow to be a great lady. Hm...

[She laughs a bit.]

Look at me, asking so much. Why don't you ask me something now? To make things even?

[Why is she enjoying to talk with a child this much... But she's so cute and adorable. She would love to have one like her, though probably hers would have blue hair, or maybe blonde like her mother does?]

My home... Do you mean my world or the house I have back there?

[Voice]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-11-01 01:23 pm (UTC)(link)
[She chuckles.]

I don't really mind either. But in general, my world is a big planet named Earth, with a big sea and a big land. Most of the land is packed together so we don't use the sea much except for reaching a few islands that there are. It also has all sorts of weathers and people all around, though some of the people there would probably look strange here.

[She hasn't seen many anthropomorphic animals around.]

Well, here a dog is just a dog, right? In my world we have animals like that too, but there are also people who look like animals. The king of Earth is a dog-man, in fact, he walks on two legs and wears clothes and talks, but his appearance is that of a dog, fur and all. Of course that's not odd there because many people are like that, we are all humans, but humans in Luceti all seem to look the same.

[Voice]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-11-04 01:55 pm (UTC)(link)
Really. He's a good king as well, at least no one has complains with him. We haven't had a war between humans for the control of the land in centuries.

[Well, there was the Red Ribbon but they weren't trying to overtake the king so it doesn't count.]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-11-05 06:04 pm (UTC)(link)
[There's a pause here, this child... She knows what a war is? So young and knowing it, for someone who has never seen a war or anything close to it until Piccolo appeared when she was at least ten years older than this kid... It's quite sad, even if the child hasn't experienced one, she shouldn't know what they are yet.]

You're right, sweetie. We don't have to have them and nothing good comes from them. You're really smart, your mama must be proud of you.

[Voice]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-11-06 01:47 am (UTC)(link)
She must be to have a child as smart as you, she's a very good mama. You have to take good care of her so she can teach you lots of more things.

[Voice]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-11-06 03:06 am (UTC)(link)
Good girl.

[What was she saying before? Oh yeah, her world.]

Elicia, do you like old legends?

[Voice]

[identity profile] curiousgenius.livejournal.com 2011-11-09 06:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, then I'll tell you one from my world. It's said that in the ancient past, centuries ago, God created seven magic balls and spread them all around the world. By themselves the balls were nothing but pretty crystals, but if one passed the tests and collected the seven of them, they would be granted the power to summon Shenron, the magical dragon who will grant them any wish they have.

It's said that in the past someone wished to become a king, and the dragon granted it! How's that for a cool story?
