[Elicia has had a really great New Feather round. For one thing, dad was back. For another, so was Sanji. These reasons alone made her the happiest person in all of Luceti (save for maybe... I dunno, Grune. She's always pretty happy and stuff. Oh, and that dog Dug she hasn't met yet). But otherwise, happiest!
