[Hi there everyone, guess how proud this fabulous little princess is? Really fabuluous, that's what. She's noticed you, New Feathers, and that means between scheming and drawing, she must see what you're all up to.]

I'm Elicia, and I'm six years old.. Welcome to Luceti! I had a cool banner for it, but I'm gonna redraw it 'cause I'm a lot better at my letters now! A-and maybe I'll put some glitter on it, too, so it looks even better... [Because everything looks good with glitter. She's in a 'shiny = beautiful' phase, okay?

And look, look what I'm learning!!

[She smiles at the camera and runs over to the middle of her rather pink room, where a teeny table with a few random toys are sitting--a small teddy, a train, a few bows and the like--and she's quiet for a moment. Pardon her if she's a little dramatic about it. It's just funner that way, okay? Adults do it sometimes too, anyway.]

Hooooooouuuu--!!

[Suddenly the toys all fly off the table as she does a silly hand motion toward it, and if the viewer listens well enough they can hear the wind from it whip against the book a bit. Regardless, Elicia is shining with joy at the effort once the items are littering the floor.]

Kipinn showed me!! I heard him at school once, and he promised he'd teach me some! I think if I keep trying, I can make a kite fly! D'you think so?? O-or maybe I'll fly paper planes!

...

But I promise not to do it in class.

[Speaking of mischief, she's enjoying this newfound power. A few hours later she's practicing her wind abilities out in the front yard; that is, she's hovering pieces of paper and when they're at her level she CHOPS them down dramatically with the little wooden sword Law'd given her.

I AM SUCH A BADASS.

Of course until the paper suddenly flies and smacks her square in the face, and she has to pry it off.]

[Oh snap! She goes ahead and crawls into the nearest bush at that. YOOOU CAN'T SEEEE MEEEE. Well, until Kipinn decides to blow some of the leaves into the air in the general vicinity. A tiny little voice grumps over yonder!]

[Dude. Duuude. What is this crazy paper levitating magic which she is witnessing?! And why is the person doing it like her height and age? Where does she get her wind magic license?! Yotsuba wants one!!

...Quietly observing Elicia and these paper chopping shenanigans with wide eyes.]

She turns and the paper turns with her, flipping around shakily and crumpling in the wind like someone who's not sure how the heck wind works. Whatever it's still cool. :|a]

[She holds up her sword dramatically.]

[Vash was just enjoying a nice quiet walk outside when all of a sudden: PAPER AIRPLANE ATTACK! He ducks his head, but it's too late! There is now a paper airplane crash landed into his spiky hair.] Huh, what's this?

[LOOK IT'S A LITTLE GIRL, she's dramatically waving her wooden sword around.]

Mr. Vash, run away! That's an evil poisonous paper bird! It'll peck you to death with its poison!!

[action] I just love getting him into trouble

[Here's Sanji, minding his own business--

When suddenly, they come; white streaks of evil that nearly put out his eye and make him glower upon contact. He yanks off the paper plane that landed on his head and starts hunting for the culprit]

Alright, what shithead did that?

[SUDDENLY OUT OF NOWHERE Elicia pops out behind a tree, pointing accusingly at Sanji. I heard that, mister, and lemme just say: BIG BRO I AM DISAPPOINT. So so disappoint.]

[skipping off toward the house now]

[Another day, another relatively dull shift at the clinic. Adele is walking home from the battle dome without much thought to the path. As such she doesn't notice the paper plane that comes from behind her and smacks into the back of her head. She freezes, reaches back to pull it out of her hair and stares at the paper.]

...what on earth?

[She's hunkered away behind her bicycle, looking determined.]

That was Kipinn! We were having a airplane fight!

...

But I lost, 'cause I'm out of airplanes.

[Rydia, lost in thought, is an easy target for such shenanigans. She doesn't see the paper airplane until it's too late....and it smacks square into her forehead. Automatically grabbing at it when it falls, the green-haired woman is quick to glance around.]

Little girl over here! 'Sup!]

I'm sorry, Miss Rydia! I was trying to make it fly the other way!

[Add Doctor Eggman to the huge pile of people being hit by paper planes. He manages to get hit in the back of the head while passing by and quickly spins around, touching the back of his head with his hand.]

H-hey! Who's there?!

Mwahahaha!! It's me, the fighter of the wind and paper stuff!

[She's posing dramatically on her stoop, looking so mighty.]

Hi Mr. Eggman! Do you like my airplanes? They can fly without me throwing them, 'cause I'm learning my spirits!

((watches with a quiet smile. Oh kids! He did once like being innocent.))

Well, that's quite a trick there, though I hope you plan to pick up your mess.

O-oh! I do! It's one of my chores before I go to bed, so I try to clean up my messes when I'm done 'cause I don't want lots of work...

But he's totally coming outside to observe your progress with paper airplanes and swords. And he brought rice crispy treats. Yeah.]
