There's lots of really nice people who like to help, so it's okay if you ask for help. When I got here, I didn't ask for help but everyone helped me anyways... You guys missed Christmas here, but it's okay, because I'll get you a present if you really want one; it'll be like a special package in the mail! It's the least I can do, being a cerdurfied superhero.

[She adds quickly, as an afterthought:]

A-also, if you wake up in the snow, be really careful, too. Snow's cold! It'll make you sick if you're in it for a long time.

[Now... Where was she...

Hm.

Hmmm. Maybe it'd be a good time to test out her lie-proof magic stone...? She's admittedly... been afraid to touch it. Partially because of how her friends feel about Mr. Loki and what had happened, but also because... is it bad, to see if people are lying? Does it make her a bad girl? It's things to really think about.

So she blurts out something in the middle of her thoughts, clutching the magical stone in her hand, out of sight of the little screen.]

From this point on, she'll keep the stone in her pocket.

... just in case. After all, a little girl has some doubts. She just wants to make sure of some things every once and a while sometimes, right? That's why when she's done on the journal, she'll look for Winry for a one-on-one talk, if she's available for it. Maybe looking a little nervous before she calls to her, anyway. Stuff has been kinda... difficult recently...

Maybe now wouldn't be a good time to ask about things. 


She'll also spend a lot of the day out in the front since it's kinda... hotter today than it usually is. What's up with this weird Luceti weather, guys? All the snowy stuff is melting... Man, even her little snowmen. And her cool igloo. :C

She'll go ahead and pout on the steps, holding one of the snowman's twiggy arms in one hand.

[Well gosh! Wouldja' look at that.]

Doing alright, I guess. Keeping warm. [He pauses to consider what to ask. Conversing with young'uns is not something he has made a habit of doing.] ...Had a decent Christmas?

[asobouyo]

I got presents... but they took my big brother later...

[She frowns, a little distraught at the idea.]

I--I hope he's okay. I was really scared when they took me before... I know he's a lot tougher, but still...

[bionically]

[Aw, Jesus; poor kid.]

Your big brother?

[He wonders for a moment if she is referring to Edward.]

Yeah... you met him before with me. They took him away.

So I gotta wait for him to get back! I just hope he's gonna be okay...

[bionically]

["Don't worry, Clementine. Everything is going to be fine." *Clementine will remember that]

I bet he's tough as nails. [A beat. He softly lets out his breath, digging deep to find the right words to console a kid when he lacks the experience interacting with them.] You got to be strong for him... and I know you can do it. [He attempts to reassure her with a small smile.] You're a superhero, remember?

[asobouyo]

[She smiles, tight-lipped and not entirely sure of herself.]

He's really tough... He saved the world at home.

He's a much better superhero than me.

[bionically]

You still have a lot of growing up to do, Elicia. But you'll get there. [A beat.] It's okay to be afraid.

[asobouyo]

[She looks down quickly, a little embarrassed at her own nerves.

Yeah... Maybe it's okay. But she still hates it.]

I just... hope he comes back soon.

[bionically]

You and me both, kiddo. [For her sake, mostly.] In the meantime, see what you can do to keep busy. Go try to have some fun.

I would, but--but then on top of everything, my snowman family and my snow forte melted! 'Cuz it got hot outside!

You could always draw or colour something. [That's what kids like to do, right?] At least paper and crayons won't melt on you. We're bound to get another round of snow before winter's up.

[asobouyo]

Yeah... I could make giant paper snow men...

[You've given me ideas. Good ideas.]
