I would attempt to deny that but..... yeah, he's totally a weirdo. At least he's not a CREEPER.

[that was one of the first lessons of church orphan hygiene 101, right after "take a bath" and "change your clothes"
not a popular lesson considering nobody but Elendria and the orphan kids regularly change their outfits anyways
