It can be. A lot of times it can be difficult to figure out what's wrong with a patient. Have you ever put together a jigsaw puzzle? Figuring out what's wrong can be like that. Lots of little clues like puzzle pieces, and usually some are missing.

It can be hard to get a complete picture with all those missing pieces. So a doctor sometimes has to make their best guess and guess quickly. Sometimes you guess wrong. Which is very hard.
