Stop following me!!

[The audio picks up a huffy Elicia at the school, and she clicks on the video to reveal she's donning a mobster suit of some kind—against her own will, of course. Behind her are four men, all rough looking with their own suits. But they hardly seem a threat to her, and moreso the people walking by. They throw surly glances at them, hollering for them to move along. If you're unfortunate enough, you're one of the people walking by. Observe, a kid standing in the center of a line-up.

'Don't bother our boss—can't y'see she's busy?!'

'Boss, there anything we can get for ya'?'

'Y'got someone you need knocked off, Elicia, ma'am??'

'Knock it off, ya lug, she'll tell you if she needs something. Apologies for my, eeeeh. Associate.'

Elicia furrows her brow at the camera, not paying them a lot of heed at the moment.]

Winryyy, Edddd, they keep calling me boss and they won't stop following me!

['Hey! I think that guy looked at us funny. Don't look at us, just keep walkin' pal.'

'D'you know who we are??']

Things are really weird around here... This suit is itchy...

[Maybe you missed her school day mobster jambooree. No worries—she's back home in an ice age, building herself a snow forte. Or at least trying to. Of course, she looks more like a penguin when she moves thanks to an overabundance of jackets, scarfs, gloves, and beenies. WHAT IF SHE FROZE, OKAY? SAFETY FIRST.

At any rate, this forte sucks. She's really defeated by the way it just... caves in pathetically.

Sheesh. Maybe she should get forte building lessons.

... Also, her four mobsters are sitting at the porch with their arms crossed, looking determined. None of youse better do anyting fishy. Jus' sayin'. Heck, she's kinda' starting to like their company. MAYBE I CAN MAKE THEM BUILD STUFF FOR ME...

Welp, we know who'll be following Elicia for the entirety of the event. (Ed, don't do anything to them, they're my minions now).]

[Loki hangs out in Gangland quite often, wearing a natty suit with green accents.

He grins, and speaks teasingly.]

Elicia, I'd no idea you'd turned to a life of crime. And at such a young age.

[Rydia will be wandering around the ice age area, more to help Kain out than because she enjoys more winter weather. Being all bundled up is just not her style, but she'll put up with it for now. Her surroundings are definitely interesting, at least.

Upon spotting Elicia, she angles over to approach her young friend. The four mobsters at the porch get a curious glance, though her attention turns quickly back to the young girl when the fort caves in. Her pace quickens, rushing to help.]

Elicia! Are you alright?

[Sophie is in the area as well. She's wearing a cream suit and a fedora, which looking rather odd and precariously balanced on top of her twin pigtails. That's the trouble with having ridiculously long hair. But she can't help but notice what looks like a child being harassed by some adults and heads over.]

Are they bothering you?

[Winry was actually on her way to pick Elicia up from school, so she doesn't get the message. Honestly she might be a bit late because time gets a bit lost in the smithy, but when she becomes aware of it she hurries over to the school in her showgirl outfit. When the mechanic arrives she gives the little gang a once over before addressing Elicia.]

Who are these guys?

I—I'm not a crime person...!

[The tall mobster steps forward, arms crossed with a scowl.

'Don't mess with the boss lady, because she'll get ya' thrown in a trunk, you get me?']

Quiet!!

[Elicia slaps him on the arm (after pathetically hopping to reach it) and he retreats backward like a dog being scorned, with a yes ma'am sorry ma'am. The little girl looks between the sheepish mobster and the trickster and folds her arms.]

They keep calling me boss, but I'm not a boss!

[She just huffs, kicking carefully at the defeated pile of snow.]

I tried to make a good fort like a ex-ka-moe, but I'm no good at it...

[I am a failure of a caveman. A failure.]

[The mobsters sliiiide in front of Elicia, trying to look super menacing.

The short one speaks up. 'Are you botherin' her, more like it.'

But Elicia pushes through them like they're a set of double doors (metaphorically, of course, we're not Who Framed Roger Rabbit). They seem to lose some of their edge when she quickly blows off their guardianship.]

A little bit! They keep saying I'm their boss, but I don't think I'd be a boss of a... uh. What was it again?

[One mobster takes off his fedora, revealing a beautiful little 'fro of hat hair.

'A gang, boss?']

Yeah! A gang!

[When she sees Winry, she has to hold up a hand to silence one of the men who whistle at Winry's costume. The kid seems to have an idea already of how to work them to her advantage. Still, the reply she gives Winry is a little unsure, like maybe she'll get in trouble for lying, regardless of what the four say.]

... My mob gang.

[Yeah....]

[At the school, Aang seemed quite concerned about the figures who seemed to be following Elicia around. He's in his own Gangland ensemble, complete with hair, but parted enough that some of his arrow can be visible.

He approaches Elicia confidently, with his hands in his pockets. There's something about this area that gives him some strange confidence.]

Hey, Elicia. These guys bothering you?

Mob Ga- did you ask them to play with you? Are they-

[She kneels down to Elicia now to whisper.:] They aren't armed, are they?

[She raises an eyebrow.]

Like a--well, nevermind. Do you want some help?

[Loki can't help but grin and laugh a little at the entire situation.]

It's a bit like pretend, dear one. Only they don't know that it's pretend at all.

So if you were a boss, what would you do?

[In the gangland area, the Joker's basically dressed in his usual style, but with a matching fedora thrown in for good measure. He's just trying to figure out the best way to start up a gang in this place when he sees a group of mobsters being lead around by a little girl. He can't help but laugh out loud - sure, he lives in Gotham, where strange gang leaders are basically commonplace, but the sight is still hilarious to him.]

[She stops talking to her little posse, turning her attention to the laughing man—he's pretty... creepy. But she'll do her best not to judge on image and more on the fact that he's a stranger. And she's been slowly re-learning her stranger danger. It's important, you know.]

What's so funny?

[It's not particularly malicious and more curious, but the mobsters seem to take it that way anyway, because they huff and group around her protectively.

"Looks like we got a wise guy here!"

Elicia's response—]

Shhh!!

Nope! I made them throw their guns in the trash can!

[She sparkles proudly at that, while the four men rub the back of their heads and stare off into the distance, clearly defeated and awkward at the idea that they're a mob without actual weapons.

But if it's what the boss wants.... :C]

[... Hard to say, man. They are bugging her, but...]

Sorta... They think I'm their boss.

But I don't think I'd be a good boss...

[Which of course just leads to them circling her before they can tear into Aang with snappy retorts. "Don't be ridiculous! You're a great boss!"

"One uvva kind!"

"You're unmatched in the town!"]

... I don't know...

[She leans into her fist, so very troubled by her lack of imagination at the moment. It's just... well, when a buncha' dudes appear and say you're their leader, it's really hard to think about what to do!

THIS POWER IS TOO GREAT.]

I'd... make them do good things...

Not gang stuff.

[And the four mobsters give each other looks.

Looks like 'I don't like the sound of that'.]

... Could you... um...

Of course, sweetheart!

[She spares a glance to the porch.]

In fact, it would go quicker with some extra hands. Do you think your friends would want to help, too?

[He looks on carefully, trying to figure out the character of the thugs.]

Well you are great. If these guys are goo to you, I know you can use them well. But if you don't want to play with these guys, I can get them to go, okay?

[While Loki finds the idea of the Littlest Mob Boss incredibly adorable, he really just likes Elicia because she's so wonderfully Elicia. And okay, maybe the mobsters are just constructs, but that still doesn't make them any less fun to fuck with.]

Hm.

Tell you what, dear one. How about we have a nice spot of tea while you think about what sort of task you'd like to set your minions to.

[He smiles sweetly.]

Given the numbers, it's enough for a proper tea party even, if you're in the mood.

Well that's good, but... what if people see you all together and think you're a threat? You shouldn't be around dangerous people Elicia.

[Huh. Sophie eyes the two men. She's not quite sure what they want, but if the girl doesn't really want them around...]

If she says she's not, then she's not.

[... oh dear, this is at once both one of the funniest and one of the cutest things Jack has seen in a long time. He may just be trying to stifle his laughter on the other end of the journal.]

You know, you could always ask them to help you hunt for prizes.

[She smiles wide at that, clapping her hands together.]

Boooys!

[They're all behind her in a perfect little line-up in no time, hats held to their chests, and speak in unison, 'Yes, boss!']
